Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

AK Steel Holding is seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and reliable. In addition, the candidate should have soft skills such as creativity and presentation.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide solutions and recommendations to customers using product knowledge and company resources - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures - Work closely with the Call Center Manager to achieve team goals and targets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and reliable with a customer-centric mindset - Creativity and presentation skills are a plus
