Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Associate to join our team at SunTrust Banks in Abu Dhabi. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the banking industry.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently - Conduct research to provide customers with accurate and relevant information - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - Strong motivation to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Soft skills such as project management and research abilities are a plus - Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, AE
