Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Rite Aid is currently seeking a reliable and passionate Call Center Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and general assistance. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency. 4. Document customer interactions in the database accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks as needed. 8. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.

Requirements: 1. Must be reliable and passionate about providing top-notch customer service. 2. Strong adaptability skills to handle various customer situations. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and complaints. 4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software is a plus.
