Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

EOG Resources is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone in a remote call center setting.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution - Provide accurate information about products and services - Document all customer interactions accurately and timely - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve department goals - Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and products - Adhere to all company and industry regulations

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Soft skills in negotiation and research - High school diploma or equivalent required
