Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team at 3M in Dubai. As an Entry Level position with no experience required, this part-time role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints - Provide information about products, promotions, and services - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills - Meet and exceed performance goals set by management

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong strategic planning skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Availability to work flexible hours - Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
