Job Description - Call Center Associate

Job Description:


DaVita HealthCare Partners is currently seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in Dubai, AE. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about services, appointments, and general inquiries related to DaVita HealthCare Partners. 3. Process patient registration, scheduling, and follow-up tasks accurately and efficiently. 4. Document all interactions and update patient information in the electronic medical records system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care for patients. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores. 7. Escalate complex or urgent issues to appropriate supervisors or healthcare professionals for resolution.


Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures. 2. Dedication: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to patients. 3. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions. 4. Cooperation: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
