Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Barnes & Noble is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Dubai. This part-time position at the Associate level requires four years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner - Updating customer information in the company database - Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs - Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking attitude - Excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Four years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
