Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team at Fidelity National Information Services in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information to customers about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent decision-making and strategic planning skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
