Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and passionate Call Center Associate to join our team at Ford Motor in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing information about our products and services, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about Ford Motor products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Upsell additional products and services to customers when appropriate - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude - Excellent cooperation and persuasion skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) - Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends
