Call Center Associate

Job Description: As a Call Center Associate at Capital One Financial in Dubai, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients. This role requires a dedicated and passionate individual who has excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency - Assist customers with account inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution - Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs - Document all customer interactions accurately in our system - Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills in English and Arabic - Demonstrated customer service experience is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
