Job Description:
As a Call Center Associate at US Foods Holding in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries efficiently. You will work part-time at the associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, address any concerns, and provide updates on delivery times. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, demonstrating emotional intelligence in all interactions. 5. Enter customer information accurately into the database and update records as needed. 6. Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of communication and efficient resolution of customer issues. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers with their inquiries.
Requirements: 1. Independent and dedicated personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment. 2. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer interactions. 3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management software. 6. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
