Job Description:
As a Call Center Associate at BB&T Corp. in Dubai, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers and must strive to create positive interactions and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction. 6. Utilize negotiation and problem-solving skills to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 10. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment. 2. Resourceful and dedicated with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. 4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts professionally. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
