Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Emirates NBD is seeking a passionate and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues. - Meet and exceed set KPIs and targets. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. - Utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems and identify areas for improvement. - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a positive light.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills. - Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service. - Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
