Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Sears Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Call Center Associate to work from home in Dubai. As a part-time employee at the associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or replacements. - Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - Energetic and confident personality with the ability to handle challenging situations. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home effectively.
