Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. 2. Utilize persuasive skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Resourceful and hardworking attitude with a desire to exceed expectations. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Strong persuasion skills to effectively sell products or services. 7. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus.
