Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Etihad Airways is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Associate to join our team and work from home. As a leading airline based in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for individuals who are resilient and hardworking, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with resolving issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Use negotiation skills to upsell additional services and products to customers. 5. Demonstrate innovation in problem-solving and finding solutions to meet customer needs. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering delight in every interaction. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. 5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues. 6. Resilient personality with the ability to handle high-pressure situations. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours from a home office environment. 8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
