Job Description - Call Center Manager


Job Description: As a Call Center Manager at ConAgra Foods in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service call center. You will lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Your role will involve developing and implementing call center policies and procedures, monitoring call center performance, analyzing call center data, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for conducting regular performance evaluations, coaching and mentoring team members, and addressing any escalated customer issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures - Monitor call center performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Address escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in call center management - Provide training and development opportunities for team members - Handle any other duties as assigned by upper management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8 years of experience in call center management or a similar role - Proven track record of leading and managing a team of customer service representatives - Strong communication and leadership skills - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
