Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:

Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in call center management and a proven track record of success in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency - Monitor key performance indicators and implement data-driven solutions to drive results - Train and mentor call center agents to enhance their skills and professional development - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in call center management, with a minimum of 6 years in a remote work environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Proficiency in project management and research soft skills - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment - Knowledge of call center technologies and best practices
