Job Description:
As a Remote Call Center Manager at Targa Resources, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring efficient operation of the call center and meeting established performance goals. Your primary focus will be on leading and motivating your team to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the remote call center team, including monitoring call volume, tracking key performance metrics, and managing scheduling and staffing levels - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service quality, efficiency, and productivity - Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members to support their professional development and enhance their performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues, resolve escalated calls, and implement process improvements - Analyze data and generate reports to track call center performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements to ensure the call center remains competitive and efficient
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in call center management, preferably in a remote setting - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members - Energetic and reliable personality traits, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service - Strategic planning and creativity as soft skills to develop and implement innovative solutions - Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions to achieve business goals
