Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team at Hershey in Dubai. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of call center representatives and ensure that they meet and exceed performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Create and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 7. Collaborate with other departments to implement cross-functional initiatives that benefit the call center. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Independent and dedicated work ethic. 6. Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
