Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Dubai Marina Yacht Club. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing a team of remote call center agents. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in call center management and exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of remote call center agents, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results. - Provide ongoing training and support to call center agents to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to succeed. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
