Job Description - Call Center Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Manager to join our team at PBF Energy in Dubai. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of call center agents - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures - Monitor and evaluate agent performance to ensure quality customer service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Analyze call center data and prepare reports for management - Conduct regular training sessions for call center staff - Work with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in call center management - Strong decision-making skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
