Job Description:
Tractor Supply is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a leading retailer in the agricultural and farming industry, we are looking for an individual with a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor call center KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor call center staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality service - Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Energetic and passionate individual with a strong commitment to customer service - Excellent negotiation and project management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
