Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Targa Resources is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations of our call center, ensuring smooth and efficient customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 2. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions accordingly. 3. Recruit, train, and supervise call center staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure professional development and high performance levels. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery. 6. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative strategies for continuous improvement. 7. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on call center performance and initiatives. 8. Maintain a positive and motivated work environment to drive team success and productivity.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in call center management, with experience in a leadership role. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Independent and hardworking mindset with a focus on achieving results. 6. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 7. Creativity in developing solutions to complex issues. 8. Proficiency in call center technology and software.
