Job Description:
US Foods Holding is seeking a highly experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a remote team of call center agents to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and motivate a team of remote call center agents to achieve performance metrics and goals. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, call quality, and efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify trends and implement improvements. 4. Conduct regular coaching sessions with call center agents to provide feedback and support. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center agents. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 8. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new call center agents.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Adaptable and passionate personality traits. 4. Proficient in negotiation and people management soft skills. 5. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote team. 6. Experience with call center software and tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
