Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Yum Brands in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time employee at a mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote call center agents to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the remote call center team - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to improve performance - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to ensure KPIs are met - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Work closely with other departments to improve processes and customer experience - Develop strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to agents
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in managing remote teams - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of call center software and systems - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
