Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team at EMC in Abu Dhabi. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service and achieves key performance indicators.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures. 2. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to ensure targets are met. 3. Train and supervise call center staff to optimize performance and productivity. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. 5. Manage call center technology and systems to ensure smooth operations. 6. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 8. Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a call center environment. 2. Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role. 3. Strong decision-making skills and ability to lead a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts. 6. Knowledge of call center technology and systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
