Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager


Job Description:


Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a passionate and motivated Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our remote call center team.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote call center representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and performance, providing regular reports to senior management - Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance the skills of call center representatives - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to optimize call center processes and workflows - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience with call center software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
