Job Description:
Omnicom Group is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to work from home in Dubai, UAE. As a part-time position with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center team, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency. - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to ensure they meet performance goals and objectives. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. - Handle escalated customer concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management. - Work closely with senior management to develop and implement call center policies and procedures. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. - Solid understanding of call center operations and best practices. - Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
