Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

U.S. Bancorp is seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Manager to work remotely from home in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in managing call center operations.

Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of call center representatives and ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of call center operations - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions - Train and onboard new staff members - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer experience - Implement quality assurance and compliance measures - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in call center management - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and innovation skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Experience with call center technologies and software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
