Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Estee Lauder, a renowned beauty and skincare company, is seeking a Call Center Manager to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and performance. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Develop and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management. 2. Hardworking and driven individual with strong leadership skills. 3. Excellent people management and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Knowledge of call center software and tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
