Remote Call Center Officer

As a Remote Call Center Officer at Target in Abu Dhabi, AE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions in a part-time capacity. We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role who are confident, dedicated, and possess excellent planning and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns - Provide product information, place orders, and process returns or exchanges - Utilize CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all customer interactions - Meet or exceed service level agreements and performance targets

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting with minimal supervision - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
