Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding tire inquiries, orders, and complaints - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions - Input and maintain accurate customer information in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient communication

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
