Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description: Cameron International is currently seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work from home position based in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner - Provide information, assistance, and resolution to customer inquiries and concerns - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality and average handling time

Requirements: - Passionate and motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection
