Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Union Pacific is seeking a motivated and passionate Call Center Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction - Utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems and handle challenging situations - Manage projects related to customer service initiatives and process improvement - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers' needs - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and remotely from home with minimal supervision - Must have a dedicated home office space with a secure internet connection
