Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

PG&E Corp. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE on a part-time basis. This entry-level position does not require any previous experience and is ideal for motivated individuals who are reliable and have strong people management and research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls from customers regarding their inquiries, complaints, or feedback. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally. 3. Conduct necessary research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information. 4. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Must be motivated and reliable with a positive attitude. 2. Excellent people management skills to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. 3. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Must have a computer with internet access and a quiet workspace for remote work.
