Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Allstate, a leading insurance company, is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests - Process policy changes, payments, and claims - Educate customers on insurance products and services - Utilize resources to provide accurate information and solutions - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals - Maintain customer records and documentation accurately - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies - Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Resourceful and motivated individual who can think on their feet - Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively - Creative problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficient in using computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent required
