Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative at Broadcom in Dubai, your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing information and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues. 3. Documenting all customer interactions accurately and timely in the company's database. 4. Following communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent customer service. 5. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. 6. Upselling products or services to customers when appropriate. 7. Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. - Creativity and decision-making soft skills. - High school diploma or equivalent.
