Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team at WestRock in Dubai. As a part-time Entry Level position, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts when handling different topics - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Stay current on product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Confident and independent with strong communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
