Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a passionate and confident Call Center Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities: - Answering calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately - Collaborating with team members to meet customer satisfaction goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Confident and passionate attitude towards helping customers - Strong teamwork and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
