Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Jabil Circuit is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communication. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or issues - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any outstanding matters - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department - Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks and goals - Utilize persuasion and strategic planning techniques to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Resourceful and dedicated attitude towards problem-solving - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center technology - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility
