Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and confident Call Center Representative to join our team at Charles Schwab. This is a work from home position based in Dubai, UAE for part-time hours. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various inquiries related to financial services.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing information on financial products and services offered by Charles Schwab. 3. Assisting clients with account inquiries, transactions, and troubleshooting. 4. Resolving client issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. 5. Conducting research to address client questions and concerns. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. 7. Meeting productivity and quality standards set by management. 8. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high level of adaptability. 4. Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Must have a quiet and dedicated home office space with high-speed internet access. 7. Comfortable working remotely and using company-provided equipment. 8. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
