Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Priceline Group is seeking a motivated and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Work from Home Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide assistance as needed - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Meet daily call quotas and performance metrics - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Utilize negotiation and emotional intelligence skills to effectively address customer needs - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office - Excellent negotiation and emotional intelligence skills - Experience with CRM software and call center technology - High school diploma or equivalent
