Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Etihad Airways is seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking flights, providing flight information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues. 3. Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and upgrades. 4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and services. 5. Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 6. Input and update client information in the CRM system. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets. 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver a seamless customer service experience. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other communication tools. 6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
