Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Newell Brands in Dubai, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls and emails to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general assistance. 2. Assist customers with product troubleshooting and technical support. 3. Input and update customer information in the company database accurately. 4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Meet established metrics for call quality and customer satisfaction. 6. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English. 3. Strong time management skills to handle a high volume of calls efficiently. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues. 5. Must be comfortable working remotely and have access to a quiet workspace. 6. Experience with CRM software is preferred but not required.
