Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Staples is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer support and service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, complaints, and general questions - Provide accurate information and resolution to customer issues - Use customer relationship management software to maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Continuously learn about products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong people management skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints - Creativity to find innovative solutions to customer issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
