Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Liberty Interactive is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, hardworking, and possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, sales, and general customer service issues - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, and resolve any outstanding matters - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet performance targets and goals set by management - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - No prior experience necessary, as training will be provided - Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
