Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Deere in Dubai, AE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, and promote company products/services. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary. 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. 7. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives. 8. Use strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and proactively address potential issues.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism. 4. Resourceful and motivated individual who can work independently in a remote environment. 5. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 8. Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions.
