Job Description:
Dean Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Specialist in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting company products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and schedule appointments. 3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the database. 5. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, call resolution, and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall call center operations and customer satisfaction. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 7. Must be hardworking, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment.
