Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist at Cablevision Systems, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. You will be required to provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and answer any inquiries they may have about our products and services. In addition to handling customer calls, you will also be responsible for data entry, keeping accurate customer records, and following up on customer issues as needed.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance as needed - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Research and analyze customer data to identify trends and improve service - Provide detailed information about products and services to customers - Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and effective manner - Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
Requirements: - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong research and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, as training will be provided
